What participants say

What I loved about this training is that you learn not only how to apply LSP, but especially why it works. The scientific basis and the opportunity to practice with real-world situations made it incredibly valuable. I now use it almost every sprint.

Lara Meijer

Mark knows how to create a safe and playful atmosphere where you really get to build—literally and figuratively. The training is practical, inspiring, and surprisingly profound. After my first LSP session, my team members were amazed at how much easier it was for them to express themselves. It really works.

David Bakker

I didn't expect LEGO® to have such a profound impact. Within a single day, my team was having conversations we wouldn't normally have for weeks. This training not only gave me the tools but also the confidence to facilitate truly in-depth sessions. Highly recommended for any Scrum Master who wants to get more out of their team.
